todays the 5th jan..5th day into the new year and its great to know tt our dearest weilin is back frm korea!!cool!!welcum back ger!so it will not onli b me n von alr!now its me lin n von!haha..shall meet up w zhenhao bfore he flies off to US again on the 15th!
next tues will be the start of another term..its fast!my veri last term in sch!wah!i jus cnt imagine the number of yrs ive been in case. compared to my peers, they have jus entered uni a sem ago..wad to do?its their NS..haha..i will enjoy my last sem wrking mugging n hafing fun in hall! will be bk in hall with von on mon night..tink shes quite excited and me too!!haha..n im looking fwd to gg bk to hall this sem!haha..veri free veri slack with frans like daph, winnie, qianyi, deniece ard..and von!its gonna be more fun i guess! of cox my main aim is to mug n earn more cash apart frm my tuition fees!money aint enuf given all my aims goals n wants!haha
went out w ma n sis for the past 2 days..was it all bt favouritism?or was it cox its a sign of independence?mb im jus tinking too much..hate the idea when i saw sthg which i like n it suits me, she will ask her if she wants n buy for her..its lyk huh?dun mind paying by myself...ill definitely do so if im nt saving up for taiwan trip, not cox of her bdae treat..sians..mood was thoroughly ruined cox of those instances..tink its seen as independence? i dunno..nt really i guess..

was reading the papers daily be it chinese or straits times. todays life reported bt brazilians being bulimic and aneroxic..yah..i read w fear of ending up like dem..but i cnt control..day in day out ill be counting the calories im taking..its become a routine..a routine which ive grown used to..yea i confess its an obession with wt loss, bt looking good..its like ive been programmed..i dun believe ive achieved wad i wanna achieve, still not enuff..mums true bt putting myself thru all these but me aint convinced tt im suffering..haha..yah i aint!after next wed's sukis me wun wanna eat buffets for a while..den dere wun be excuses for me to throw out wad ive eaten..its becming out gross n it happened for the 3rd time..issit uncontrollable?or issit me whu doesnt wanna ctrl? hate tking dinners..haha

fortunate blessed timely
woke up so early as usual cox me jus cnt fall bk to slp at 6+..as usual took a light breakfast today to prep for kuishinbo ltr!!haha..was rather excited to spot a few potential job which i cld tk up..was pondering whether me shld jus gv em a try..THEN
!!me jus checked my mail n TADA!me gt a reply frm a job which me applied via NTU's careermall!cool!!million thanks to daphne for reminding me!!thanks babe!!haha
so hopefully me will hear frm em real soon so ill be employed and earn $..n with $ me can spend n save more for my taiwan trip!haha..blessed child i guess:) really looking fwd to be a faciliator..haha..im viewing this job as a hobby to pass time, free time during my non sch days so instead of jus slacking and lazing for 2 days in hall me cn go wrk!haha..
read meis blog, n i can really cfm tt shes really more mature than me..her thoughts n reflections.thanks for the most current entry..me din realise those if ya nv mantion it in the entry..i have to agree with u..im feeling real guilty for not even realising it n its really shameful to onli realise it now..but wanna thank u for this enlightenment!yes i will definitely reflect more on myself
was talking to mum ytd..she told me alot of things..she can be quite understding i thot..hmm..mes gonna sign her up for a facial prog so we cn go tgt when i earn $..gd investment!n when shes happy i will be happy too!mummys bdaes cming in less than a mths time..n shes gonna be 47..dats fast..hmm, since me haf class on thurs me shall treat her to kuishinbo's buffet lunch on wed instead!so its twice expensive jap food in a mth!wah..cfm mus earn bucks..but as long as mas happy..its okie..i can scrimp n save..i really dun mind..:) splunging on my family..its okie:)
have been eating alot of jap stuff recently..mum realised too..haha..wad to do me luf jap stuff!heh:) last fri waraku, today kuishinbo, next wed suki sushi w daph..den me shall fast till 31st jan for the next rd of kuishinbo..wah seems like mes an avid fan of kuishinbo!
im gg to run n make an effort to swim every mon n jog with daph on tues n thurs!!we mus persevere daph!!lose weight!!haha..dun mind jogging in the morn n night!since so free ma..haha

!ST day 2007!
todays the first day of 2007!!haha
woke up at 615pm today n had my refreshing swim w my sis!thot there wun be mani peeps..but pple drove there n were as early as us!!haha..okie..fortunately weve gt space to swim..nice 45mins relaxed exercise,haha..n tmr shld be round 2!
haf been staying at home for these 2 days..nice feeling..breakfast papers sleep youtube tv sleep again..n e routine continues..so nice to b slacking the week bfore sch reopens..oh well..me aint compalining cox this wed me shan n charm r gg for our much awaited kuishin bos dinner!so its gonna be diet n exercise before wed!hmm..thurs will be gg eye center w sis n ma n den bugis!fri?swim in the morn my beloved ktv session w yuanling n the super zai n cute looking tenor freshie!haha..cnt wait..n im learning this new sg!cool!sat?accompany my ygest sis to gt ger scholarship at macpherson..so these will bring this week to an end!
my resolution?wanna exercise during my free days in sch..jog frm hall to src n den rd the tracks!n swim on mon morn bfore me go bk to hall w von..mei asked wad kinda of resolution is this..haha..to think of it..quite true hor..haha..hmm..den another resolution?hmm..
guess this yr will be a betta yr ahead considering the slacker modules which im taking this sem..n tada!after 19th april..i wld haf graduated!yah!dad asked if im graduating this july..yah n i proudly answered!YES!n its in april!dad n mum will be proud yes n if ive get a 2nd upper hons dere will be damn proud of me!haha..though dey may nt noe exactly wads the diff..n off ill be out wrking in the corporate wrld!wah..dats realli fast my frans!next yr during this time i wld haf wrked for half a yr!wow..
gonna finish watching some shws n immerse myself in music!
wad will happen this yr i wun noe..at the back of our minds..i guess we r hoping for things to happen to occur..whether or not they r cming true..we shall sit bk n wait..n ill be waiting n yearning quietly silently n patiently..

finally met up w weinee today!!n went to waraku!!my fav jappie restaurant!haha..yumyum!she still looks the same!hmm..feels great seeing u my dear fran!:) really glad to c u today n yah guess the next time we meet will b after exmas again:P so take care yeah?:)
best!n it was weinee whu told me tt the results r out!best right?din check site for the past 2 days n dey posted it!haha..i wan my second upper hons!but dunno whether its possible or not..mus be focused!!another B+ or the best will be an A-!!hopefully will b like yongxiang 2nd upper!lower?i wun be satisfied w a lower..a high achiever?yah?cfm wun wan a lower!pray n praying hard..but if realli a lower than sighh..no choice oso..at least ive gt a job!so still not too bad..nee reminded me tt the big 4 r located in the same area so cn meet for lunch!haha..yahyah..so its nt tt bad!:)still cn meet up!heehee..n if von is hafing pa at ey/kpmg it wld b nice!haha

boxing day!
todays boxing day a day after xmas..
jus gt bk frm eye center w mum n sis after her repeat op..hopefully u will heal quickly ger!!yah like wad ya frans sae ya gtta be brave..lifes hard..difficult n nt everything will go smoothly so tink uve haf a more tedious life compared to others so gtta be brave jus face it n nt tink too much..after tt can haf fun n taiwan trip!!yah..gt well soon sis!
ytd me n shan went to charmx church..haha..tink we were in the wrg attire..peeps were in more formal clothings..at least jeans but sjans was in 3 quarts whilst me as usual in my skirt..din realise till shan mentioned..oh well our beloved charms nv warn us!!oopps..so we went dere to watch her perform..nt bad the dance was nt bad!!haha..as for the prayer n singing of sgs of praise we simply entertained ours by whispering n looking busy..din expect to see marissa dere!wah she has lg hair n shes more feminine now!!haha..n saw a few sch mates frm arts..dey r shans frans..robin n hmm..another guy..surprised tt robin noes tt mes frm vj n a councillor..haha..oh well he noes emma too..so mb dats y..haha..was telling shan tt me thot hes quite goodlooking during jc days..tink hes still till now..haha..hey ger dun go tell hor so paiseh but its a compliment sia!
so hungrily me n shan took 14 which was a long long journey to wheelocks cedele..me n nado nado which sds lyk gado gado..haha n shan had her sandwich quite nice n the banana crumble n blueberry cheesecake..haha..watch night at the musuem n it was quite nice!so xmas day whizzed past jus lidat!wah

a DIFFERENT merry xmas:)
this yr's xmas is different..furstly, spent it without my council khaki..me n von had our celeb ytd at pasta cafe taka n watch ed a touching n romantic jappie movie!quite nice..second, its the first yr which ive 2 gatherings in a day!!cool..went to our beloved grandpa zacks place at kembangan for steambt..the guys were the best..dey r definitely good housemen!!me n daoh volunteered to help w the shpping..in the end darren, zhenming zack n zhao went n did all the preparatory wrk..so impressive for guys to do those!!jus one wrd:IMPRESSED!n zhenming was the best!!he was busy slicing the chicken..wah..skilful n suave!!our tall tanned good looking eligible zhenming was jus so zai..okie..gg gaga alr..haha..so conclusion!!mus be a good eligible hseman!!haha..
den rushed off to cousins hse for family gathering at punggol after singing bdae sgs for winnie n my dearest mummy but missed the gift xchange..haha.oh well darren will help to safeguard mine!!haha..it was veri cosy..with my nephew entertaining me n stuff..its the first yr we r hafing this..n ill definitely hope we will continue tis tradition for mani yrs ahead!!the turkey the log cake the sushi the pizza..haha..so nice..ate enuff..n i can happily n safely drink up my wine..at least 3/4 cup? feeling a bit heavy-headed..haha oh well...it was at least 2 mths ago since i drank wine..n im lufing it!!cool!!!

den rushed off to cousins hse for family gathering at punggol after singing bdae sgs for winnie n my dearest mummy but missed the gift xchange..haha.oh well darren will help to safeguard mine!!haha..it was veri cosy..with my nephew entertaining me n stuff..its the first yr we r hafing this..n ill definitely hope we will continue tis tradition for mani yrs ahead!!the turkey the log cake the sushi the pizza..haha..so nice..ate enuff..n i can happily n safely drink up my wine..at least 3/4 cup? feeling a bit heavy-headed..haha oh well...it was at least 2 mths ago since i drank wine..n im lufing it!!cool!!!

merry merry mood!
happy xmas babies!!!haha..it was a yr ago since i last carolled..today this feelings back!!was caroling at GREAT WRLD CITY's residence lounge!cool..the expats were singing alg w us n the kids..dey were beaming..n oh well we jus enjoyed the 2 sessions tremendously!!cfmed!!im so happy!haha..with the compliments n such..so cool!i jus simpy luf to carol!n one of the residents took down our contact n praised the sopranos!!of cox!im one of the 3 sops as well!!haha..lalala:0

accomplishments
thot ive accomplished quite a lot this year..at least im accountable for myself..its been tough making difficult decisions, putting myself thru various challenges, hafing fun making frans..getting to noe schmates betta..getting hurt etc. etc.
shld i sae its eventful? or was it shag? actually i cnt rem much..everything seems so distant..
jus veri satisfied tt ive accomplished wad ive set out to achieve..at least me dared to challenge myself..ill nv forgt those times me n mei sang on stage in the malls..nv forgt the lg queue at the superstar audition..nv forgt the times weve trained..thanks mei..yah still hafing jitters for todays..shall improve for the jans one:) weve gtta jiayou!
finally saw hws the lee wei songs sch look like..not veri fantastic..haha...but it was no doubt fun..opportunities after opportunities for us to bond?hmm..more like argue over whus singing wad n stuff but in the end its still okie..not far we cn go but since weve this shared dream we shall proceed n test our limits..dere may not haf an ending but its the process tt matters

i miss the stage..yes i wun forgt the stage fright n stuff..it was a aplendid feeling during those beauty wrld time..ill nv forgt hw hard we rehearsed, we danced, we memorised, we gt scolded..in the end the performances were great!i miss those times..the singing n dancing on stage..on stage..basking in the floodlights, enjoying the limelight.. the attention, the silence in the theatre the appluases..the best was tt my frans my relatives n family were watching!oh my im really missing those times..still remember how my dance partner encouraged me n the assurances tt she will hold me tight n nt allow me to fall esp when hes watching..so surprised to receive her bouquet of sunflower..so beautiful..thanks pals for the little gifts oso
uni life is finalli cming to an end..jus one more sem to go..its realli fast.still rem teck wee shaking his head n sae 'its veri fast' yah!its realli rapid..it seemed like ytd tt i went to the nbs nbs camp, hw i skipped hall camp, hw i gt sabo-ed during the SP night, the life as a JCRC-ian, the currently slacking yr 3..this yrs' halls foc was memorable..truly memorable..performed during the sp night n the praises frm my guitarist n freshie.loved n treasured every moment..thanks!
not forgtting the hurting moments..cun rem hw many weepy nights but after those its a strger me..looking fwd n nt turning back..life has to go on..hurt is part n parcel n when it keeps repeating the heart will eventually bcm numb..yah..NUMB is the goal:)
marriage seems so far..yt ive gt frans whu r alr planning theirs..thats really fast!mummy always sae dun walk into the 'graveyard' so quickly..haha..wah if u two read this u r gonna to kill me mans..haha..if its here it will come..seriously wishing u all the best..hey n dun forgt lemme b host/perform hors!haha..

idol mania
leading a very relaxed life these days!cool!
was quite disappinted when mei din cm over n accompany me last fri..so me decided to entertain myself by watching the taiwanese idol drama-smile pasta over youtube!!n ITS SO SWEET N ROMANTIC N FUNNY!haha..good good shw..n we like the theme songs!cool!very touching!wah..haha..listening to it now!din noe zhang dong liang can be so gd looking( frm certain angles)..haha..oopps!these r cameo tricks? finished watching ytd n its cfmed plus guaranteed an expected ending..but its the process and the story development..
wads the feeling of fallin in love with a star?an artiste?the problems the ups n downs..the feelings involved in a rship etc. etc. yah all these were covered in the shw..n the female lead is sweetie pie, wang xin lin..haha
some parts were so touching dat the emotional part of me was revealed again..haha..guess mei u too right?haha..
mel asked if ive a passion..yah i do haf a passion..my close frans will wads my passion..mei u noe too right?think we haf the same passion..but for pple like us passion can only be a hobby? in our case passion cant tk us far i think..nonetheless we shall try to have fun n jus try hard..dun worry though its a duet its not ur fault..im really nt blaming u ger!really:) look on the brighter side..lets jus haf fun ger!take it easy

cosy outing
we celebrated yanshans bdae ytd!!!haha...finally right??bot her a 50 bucks topshop voucher..n she told us she changed her mind n tinking of the mango jeans instead...oopps!haha..but tink u will still need the voucher since u r such an avid 'fan' of topshop!haha..had brunch at kuali..food wasnt realli fantastic though..haha..but guess we r all veri happy n enjoyed slacking tgt!haha..derived more satisfaction w the desserts haha..after which went to watch happy feet..hmmm..changed my view of an animated movie..was telling meis not to waste money watching it but in the end it turned out nt bad though i was practically freezing like mad in the theatre..haha..mes too stubborn to change out of my 'dressy' spaggetti top so in the end froze!haha..mei went off after the shw n as usual the three of us jus jalan to citylink n went home..
cant wait for the 20th night!!!our annual xmas dinner at krushin bo!!!woohoo...!!!ladies' night!wah...good good..so no more jap food for me..n gtta save up..:)

pwc n dt r out cox me dun wan audit but at least me passed the pwcs!haha..thot me din gt kpmg so dug out the ey's contract n wanted to fill it up till i gt e call..mummy n sis r more for me gg to the corporated wrld..even the ey's gst director told me to go join em..haha..i thot of it but tink im more likely to join kpmg..im fickle n m feeling guilty dat i bragged so much bt being a teacher..yah..
a corporate lady..calculated if everything goes well ill be a manager in 7 yrs time n the pay will be at least a 5k!!dats a lot..i tink risk is more for me..i hope..getting a bit excited though:) kpmgs known to slog pple to death..haha..well im willing so lg as i lyk the job..i dun mind..10 yrs is all i gif myself..its gg to be a focused n ambitious joleen..a better living space for my family..eating well..looking good..i wan to gif my family a better live n im willing to sacrifice my 'spare' time to achieve all these...n of cox! i hope i will derive enjoyment in it while wrking hard..so its kpmg's risk!:)

mb it aint passion..else y wavered?
facing a delemma..guess everyone is..
sighh..all the temptations n such..hw not too
everything is finally over!exams n interviews..todays sat n i was up since 8+..wanna go bk to slp again..yawns
waiting for the reply frm kpmg..some of my frans alr gt the offer on the spot..if me nv imply wrgly me shld be accepted too..haha..oh well i applied for risk whilst deirs are assurance n tax so mb its different?
gt the offers frm Deloitte n TOuche as well as PWC..but those r for audit..aint taking them up though its so so tempting cox its PWC!!!if its a positive frm KP den im really wavered..risk management..fraud detecting..internal auditing? sds fun n exciting..but ive realli gtta find out more frm seniors or even the manager if im really accepted..suddenly i feel lyk im more for this..alas?y lidat?thot ive settled for MOE..
im proud of myself..a big ego i have..my aim for the interviews: to ace n shw wad ive gt n see hw far i can go..mb its a wrg choice..in the end gtta decide gt tempted..life's full of temptation..n its bad..mb if im nt so welll educated mb if mes limited to jus a few choices me will be betta?confident n felt good after the interviews..thot i jus crapped the sessions away..each lasting at least 40mins..i dunno..jus gt veri driven n excited when i narrate bt my life..my achievements..hope me din bore them to death..haha..the partner frm pwc even told me tt he went for a jog before my interview..told me tt his wife was teaching in tk n quitted in 1999..told me his daughter is in tk..his current n past residence etc etc..dats a cool lot!interviewer frm DT? ended up telling her hw frightened we were in lee kin wais lecture seminars n the tensed up moments dueing my class presentation..we had a gd laugh indeed..haha..KPMG's a little less casual but ti was comfortable enuf i guess..
so much so much for me to digest within this short period.one after another..

ytd was out studying w mei..gt too calls frm deloitte n kpmg for intervv n my fran told me tt ive gt shortlisted for pwcs as well!pengs..wads more?an ey's contract in my cupboard!
thot im settled for nie..gt a bit wavered ytd n i mean now..supposed to be aslp but decided to blog cox gt no one to grumble to!sians..mei mugging for tmrs exam..
hw not to b wavered when uve gt a potential job w pwc waitng for u!!not tt ill cfm geddit but if i realli wan it ill mk sure ill ace the intervv!!cfm!!sighh..
feels great getting shortlisted by all esp. pwc but wads the pt if ive chosen nie?
yah the pay the reputation the ego of a great company!!compared to teaching?
but i can cfm in the long run ill enjoy the latters life more!!

getting excited once again
yah after tmr's paper ive a paper left which is on wed! n im not done w revising dat yt..gosh!!!:( wadever im done with revising w tmr's done..phew.nt dat im armed w 100% knowledge n confidence of dealing w all qns..but ive tried my best alr..wadever cmes up tmr me will jus haf to try hard n apply..tink im still okie apart frm not noeing hw to reconcile stuff like the Minority interests shit..the rest lyk passing journal entries r alright..having done the past yrs' papers..possibility of reconciling is rather low..praying hard

went out to mug today..well had a super sinful drink at pac coffee parkway..haha..jus ordered mocha brownie w/o thinking cox me din realli haf time to consider wad to drink!haha..
nice!saw a lot of caucasian..n taitais i guess..at least its more conducive than yoshinoya..shld go mos one of these days since it looked as if its newly renovated..hmmm:)

Treasuring
feeling sick n jus had my medicine..slpt late at 2 though me knew me shldnt be..gtta slp more to recover fast..gtta noe bt it there n den..at least im privileged to noe bfore the rest..yah..mb..thanking u for tt..realli
woke up at 6.30 this morn..mes tired but noe me wun be able to fall bk..told sis..she went quiet..she noes wad im tinking..i noe she noes..she din sae..she noes..i noe she noes..mei i noe u noe..thanks for keeping quiet at tt moment..din tk med after bf cox simply thot ill try nt to rely on panadol but gv in cox i can feel the heat rising in me..simply lazy to see doc..self medicating again?
finished 3 chaps of 304 at one go since me cnt go..cnt conc..read thru sentences after setences n still at tt sentence/phrase..alas..forcing myself to conc n focus so in the end managed..affected..y? i noe y..roughly noe..

DOWN finally
finally ill..i knew ill fall ill someday..jus haf this veri bad feeling
:( n yah these 2 days hafen been good..mb its exams stress..cun slp well oso..always waking up at 5+ to mug..will always wake up in fright..sighh..this bad..no wonder lack of slp n my eyebags r gtting worse:(
no choice this is the period..its the same for everyone..
oh yah today is LINNIE's 21st!!n me can openly blog down wad we did for her!!hhaha..hey lin hope u realli lyk the gift frm us yeah??all the way frm mango taka to korea via freight!!haha..hmm..me n vonnie oso feel lyk gtting but too ex..haha..:) y not u gt us one frm korea..haha..joking ger!hmm..21 alr!finally babe!!welcum on board!hope u will enjoy urself today!i noe u will!!
was reading mei's blog..yah i agree w her on certain issues..shes strger than me..strger than i thot..gd!shes gtta clearer goals n vision than me..yah our penthse dream!!lets wrk twds it!!if nie aint my place ive to decide if its kpmg or ey..den i shall wrk twds the 2million..though me cnt possibly be a partner..hopefully deres a miracle tt sth is gg to happen

KTV ROCKS!
cool!!!im so so happy!!
had two sessions of KTV on 2 consecutive dayS!
finally our last presentation for the sem was over ytd!!haha..we r cfm the best team lahs!nv had so much fun wrking tgt bfore..haha..as in its jus quite amusing..e 5 of us gtta noe one another jus this sem to be exact 3 mths ago..n we behaved as if we havw known for years..dey r so approachable n i guess we r of the same frequency bahs..hhaa..most importantly tink kenneths the one whu gel-ed us tgt?haha..hes so funny..brotherly?or mb fatherly?haha..tink hes a veri funny n energetic fellow..
so us gers jus dashed into the toilet n gt changed out into our gg out clothes our pres was over..sians tink prof is bias against us..okie lorhs..but we dun care lahs..kenneths brought so mani things even his wireless keyboard!haha...his crumpler is super huge!!haha..immediately after class we dashed out of sch!!haha..we went crystal jade for lunch cos he wanna eat xiao long bao..so we went n the la mian was lyk so much n in the end guess other den kennie n yingying..de rest of us jus gv up!n he ate lyk 7 xiao long baos lahs!!!crazi sia..so filling!he wanted to treat us but in the end we jus declined the offer..hw nice!!haha..we r close but nt close to tt extent i guess..haha..n we were all given names lah..hes kennie..yiing yng's yingying,lijing's jingjing, debbie's deb deb n mine? jo jo or he will sometime call me joleen meimei..so funnie lahs..tink its this kinda of informality!
so went kbox at clementi!haha..n bestest!!we r all ktv freaks!!!tink all r regulars so r sang relatively well!!!haha:):) good good! thot hes zai but in the ebd he told us he goes ktv to jus listen!best lahs!!but we forced him to sing..in the ens as a SHE fan!all the sgs he sang were SHE's!!!haha..pengs..we were all lauging lyk crazi..bestest feat ytd!he sang one night in beijing w the falsetto n did a duet himself..the theme sg frm dunno hw long ago from shuang tian zhi zun!haha...deb video taped it!!so we shall post on youtube n bribe him!!!haha..sg for 4 hrs n we refilled 15 bowls of tidbits!!haha..mus gt our money worth!!
conclusion?????!!!! we had tremendous fun!!!n its realli FUN!!haha..
